Client onboarding

A sign-up link and QR code that onboards clients for you.

Every trainer gets a personal sign-up page — like workouts.coach/c/your-name — with a QR code and a printable card. New clients scan or tap, create their account with Google or email, answer your intake form and start their program. You just get a notification.

Onboarding shouldn’t be a pile of paperwork.

Collecting names, emails, goals and injury history by text, then retyping it all into a spreadsheet, is the first impression most clients get — and the job trainers put off. A link that does it all lets clients onboard themselves the moment they’re interested.

Your own readable link

Choose the link name, e.g. /c/jordan-reyes. Change it any time; the old one stops working so leaked links can be retired.

QR code and printable card

Download the QR code or print a “Train with me — scan to join” card for the front desk, your clipboard or the gym noticeboard.

Share it anywhere

Copy, text, email or use your phone’s share sheet from the Get clients page — and keep it in your Instagram bio.

Your intake form, filled in

New clients answer your intake questions right after signing up; the answers show on their profile and inform the AI.

Start them on a program

Pick a default program for everyone who joins, so new clients see their first workout straight away.

See who joined

Sign-ups in the last 30 days, how many came from the directory, recent sign-ups and intake completion — plus an email each time someone joins.

How it works

With Google or email, in a minute, on their phone.

  3. 03

    They’re on your roster

With their own portal, your default program and their intake answers on file.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to approve new sign-ups?

No — people who sign up join your client list instantly. You can archive anyone, and switch “Taking new clients” off to pause sign-ups without losing your link.

What happens when I reach my plan’s client limit?

Your sign-up page tells new visitors you aren’t taking new clients right now, and no account is created. Upgrade or archive a client to reopen it.

Can clients sign up with Google?

Yes. Clients can continue with Google or create a password; email sign-ups confirm their address first.

What if someone already has an account?

They’re asked to log in instead, so nobody ends up with two accounts.

Is the sign-up page protected from spam?

Sign-ups are rate limited and include a hidden field that catches bots.
