A sensible starting form
Goals, injuries or medical conditions, training experience, days per week and an open question — ready the moment you sign up.
workouts.coach starts you with a basic intake form — goals, injuries and medical conditions, training experience, days per week and anything else — and lets you make it your own. New clients answer it right after signing up, and their answers go straight onto their profile.
Paper forms and emailed questionnaires get lost, and the useful bits — an old knee injury, a goal date, how often someone can really train — rarely make it to where you plan their training. Here they live on the client’s profile, next to their program.
Goals, injuries or medical conditions, training experience, days per week and an open question — ready the moment you sign up.
Add, edit, reorder and remove questions. Use short answers, paragraphs, multiple choice or yes/no, and mark any as required.
Every answer appears in an Intake card on the client’s overview, and their goals fill in automatically.
The AI assistant and weekly rollups can see intake answers, so “suggest a program for Priya” accounts for her injuries and schedule.
Clients who join through your link answer it straight away. They can skip it, and an empty form skips the step entirely.
Only you see a client’s intake answers; other clients never do.
Keep it, tweak it, or reset to the basics any time.
New clients answer your questions as part of joining.
Read them on the profile — or ask the assistant to draft a program around them.
Main goals (required), injuries or medical conditions, training experience, how many days a week they can train, and anything else they want you to know.
Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice and yes/no. Any question can be required.
Yes, they can skip it after signing up. Required questions only apply when they submit the form.
The intake step is part of signing up through your link. For invited clients, record goals and notes on their profile.
Yes — answers are part of the client’s context for your coaching assistant and their weekly rollup, so suggestions take them into account. Clients can’t see each other’s data.
